We celebrated my Mom's birthday on Tuesday by going to her favorite Mexican restaurant and eating cake (which I made! From scratch! With Betsy's help, of course)
Just so everyone knows, Anna made this cake almost single handedly...minus the frosting which got a little difficult. But she made absolutely everything else, cake, filling, and frosting from scratch.. and she decorated it. I'm so proud.

This cake was even MORE BEAUTIFUL than it looks in the picture! It was delicious too! Thank you Anna!
